Paid-To-Click
Paid-To-Click is an online business model that draws online traffic to websites. There are PTC-websites like Neobux where advertisers can promote their products and services through ad links. The PTC-websites act as middlemen between advertisers and members. The potential customer is you who can join this website for free and watch the ads while being paid. Normally you get paid per view. Neobux for example offers $0,01 ads: You watch the ad for 30 seconds and after that $0,01 is transferred to your mainbalance. Now take a free standard account on Neobux where you can watch 4 ads a day, you earn $1,20 a month. Although you get the money for almost doing nothing it’s not really worth the effort right? Wrong, and here is why:
Referrals
Most Paid-To-Click websites offer a referral program. First of all, what exactly are referrals? Refs are members like me who click ads at the PTC-website. You have the opportunity to use these refs to make money for you.
Rented Referrals
One option is to rent referrals. Neobux for example offers rented referrals. Every click a ref makes is worth $0,005-$0,01. It is possible to make a lot of money this way but it’s risky because you have to invest money first. Now, the option I want to talk about isn’t connected to any investment. Again, it’s completely for free and you don’t need anything but your computer and a bit of your time.
Direct Referrals
Direct referrals are the key. They are members who register under your account. As soon as you signed up at a PTC-website you’ll get a referral link which you can use to promote the website. If someone signs up clicking this link he or she will be in your downline and every click he or she makes will generate money for you as well. And there are other PTC-sites like Clixsense where you generate cash when the ref of your ref upgrades.
Clixsense for example provides a 8 level direct ref program. So you get paid for the ref of the ref of the ref of the ref… I think you get what I mean. And there are people out there with thousands of direct refs making hundreds of dollars a day. You can check them out as soon as you are signed up at Clixsense. It’s a long way untill then and you have to remember: the more time you invest into PTC, the more money you earn at the end of the day.
Attract Direct Referrals
The simplest way to attract direct refs is to tell your friends and family about PTC. Although it's the easiest way, it's also the one with smallest chance of success. Besides from that it's a limited source.
The internet however offers you unlimited possibilities to reach people all around the world.
The best way is to include your promotion into your daily routine. I am very active at social discussion forums for example, so I implemented my referral banners into my signature. Everyday I get more messages from people asking me about the concept of PTC. It's one of the reasons why I created this blog.
You got a youtube account? Why not post a video about PTC and post your links in the video discription. If you're willing to invest more time into PTC then a blog or a website is a great opportunity to attract direct refs.
So basically everything in the internet where you are able to post or blog are potential direct ref sources. Since we are living in the facebook/twitter-generation I don't have to tell you how easy it is to send information around the world nowadays.
Getting started
On the following pages I will introduce some of the PTC-websites I use. They are all well established websites with satisfied users being paid for 3 years and more. There are a lot of scam sites out there and I wouldn't recommend joining any website which hasn't lots of members and even more money payout. 3 sites however are a good number of PTC-sites to start with. You will of course need a PayPal account to recieve your payments. Some sites also allow AlertPay or Neteller. You will have to enter your PayPal/AlertPay/Neteller-Email when signing up but don't worry: All websites I recommend are completely for free.
